Driver Education DVD Bundle I and II

Now available from the AAA Foundation is a driver education video series. Available on DVD, the series includes popular AAA Foundation videos formerly in VHS format only.

The first DVD compilation includes: “Using Your Eyes Effectively”, “Managing Space and Time for Safe Driving”, “Sharing the Road”, and “Freeway Driving”. These four videos are specifically recommended by the American Driver and Traffic Safety Education Association’s (ADTSEA) model education curriculum.

The second DVD in the driver education series includes: “Driving in Bad Weather”, “Breaking the Accident Chain of Events”, “Getting Safely Past the Orange Barrels”, “Unlocking the Mystery of Antilock Brakes” and “Dangerous Crossing: A Second Thought”.

Senior Mobility DVD

Planning mobility options for a time when driving is not longer possible is important as we age. However, many older drivers are reluctant to give up the keys, and families find that it is extremely difficult to discuss safe driving or the need to stop driving with their aging family members. To address these issues, the AAA Foundation recently developed “Getting Around,” a video that examines the sometimes-difficult transition associated with driving cessation. Its official release is planned for early 2007 just prior to “Older American Month.”
