usRAP (United States Road Assessment Program) Expands

The AAA Foundation has expanded Phase III of the usRAP pilot into Kentucky, Illinois, New Mexico, and Utah. By way of background, the usRAP pilot began with Phase I in Iowa and Michigan and Phase II piloted the program in Florida and New Jersey.
