To continue our public education efforts on distracted driving, the Foundation recently published a brochure highlighting the findings of the Foundation's two distracted driving studies. Providing drivers with recommendations for making their driving safer, Pay Attention! highlights major distractions and offers recommendations for reducing them. They include taking care of various activities before getting behind the wheel and, if necessary, taking breaks to prevent potentially dangerous situations. In other efforts to spread the word about distracted driving, the Foundation in collaboration with AAA National and the Automobile Club of Southern California produced one television and two radio public service announcements (PSAs). Initial estimates show the radio PSA has reached an audience of around 80 million people.
