Heads Up Driving-
The AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety and AAA are concerned about your safety on our nation’s roads. We strongly advocate drivers putting away distractions and focusing only on the task at hand: driving safely!

AAA Foundation joins the South Carolina DOT in developing and promoting the "Recognize, React, and Recover" campaign for deadly run off the road crashes. The campaign includes PSAs, and a soon to be released DVD that covers corrective actions for run off the road incidents.


Medications and Older DriversLarge Majority of Drivers 55+ Unaware of Potentially Dangerous Combination of Medications and Driving - 95 percent of respondents 55 and older have one or more medical conditions and 78 percent use one or more medications, yet only 28 percent indicated some awareness of the potential impact on driving performance associated with those medications.
